Fix instagram messenger update not showing | messenger icon missing android & ios

How to solve instagram messages icon not showing up/missing :
1.One of my subscriber ask to me,how to enable instagram messaging update option?.
2.So before going to our tutorial,first of all why this icon not showing in my insta news feed section.
3.So my guessing is if you clear this instagram app data's in continuously,it shows this kind of error message.
4.So if you fix this issue,just goto your profile section.
5.And press that horizontal three lines icon and goto "Settings".
6.So next you can goto privacy settings - messages.
7.But you can don't change any options from this section,at same time you can close your instagram.
8.So after the few seconds,one more time you can open that insta app.
9.So finally you get that message icon like facebook messenger icon.
