How to solve instagram unable to load image when uploading :
1.One of my subscriber ask to me,why it says this kind of message even i try to upload my dp or profile picture in instagram?.
2.So my guessing is this is occurs due to access permission is not enabled for insta app.
3.So very simple method to fix this error is,just long press on that app icon and goto "App info".
4.Here you can click to access "App permissions",and then click to allow all access permission.
5.But don't try to clear that app data.
6.And also check it,if your app is updated to the new version or not.
7.So i hope if you follow this simple steps,finally this "Could not load image" problem is solved in permanently.
8.And it doesn't shows any kind of error message.
