2.At same time this trick works for all windows versions like windows 7,windows 8 and 8.1.

3.Very simple method to fix this issue is just locate that installation folder.

4.And goto Saved - Webcache.

5.Finally click to delete all the files and folders from this webcache folder.

6.If you get sign in failed error,just login your account by using with facebook account details.

7.Once you follow this simple step,that error message is fixed.

8.And your epic games store is ready to download the games like gta 5,rocket league and fortnite.
