How to solve this file format is not supported photo gallery in whatsapp :
1.One of my subscriber ask to me,why it shows this kind of message and what is the meaning of this issue?.
2.So my suggestion is this is occurs,if you send the unsupported file formats.
3.Which means that this whatsapp doesn't allow to send the mpeg video file format.
4.So you can visit i mentioned websites,to know about the valid file format for audio,document,image,sticker and video.
5.But if you like to fix this issue,don't send the files via direct way or camera mode.
6.Which means that just open your friend contact and press media icon.
7.Now you can choose "Document" and then search your file to be sent.
8.Finally click to send it.
9.So i hope if you follow this simple steps,finally this problem is solved in permanently.
