how to fix unfortunately whatsapp has stopped working problem :


1.First of all goto settings - Apps,here click 3 dot icon and select "Reset app preferences".

2.Then locate that whatsapp messenger and click to open it,here click to "Force stop".

3.Now goto "Permissions",in this section you can enable all the settings.

4.Then go back to one step and Open "Data usage" settings.

5.Here enable "Unrestricted data usage" then remove all settings.

6.Once restart your android mobile and then again goto settings - storage.

7.Here click to open "Internal shared storage" and click to "Cached data".

8.Now again try to access your whatsapp.

9.But again it shows whatsapp is not working,so what to do.

10.Long press that whatsapp icon and select "App info".

11.Here goto "Storage" and click to "Clear data".

12.Finally this error is gone,so this is the way you can solve crashing issues.
