Fix Windows cannot be installed to this disk.The selected disk is of the GPT partition style windows 7/8/10-windows cannot be installed to this disk the selected disk is of the gpt partition style solutions-windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk is of the mbr partition style-windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk has an gpt partition table-windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk is of the gpt partition style-windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk is not of the gpt partition style-windows cannot be installed to this disk 0 partition 1,2-windows cannot be installed to disk 0 partition 3,4.





I get the following error message/notification while try to installing the OS(operating system) or boot the os into my laptop:

Install windows


Windows cannot be installed to this disk.The selected disk is of the GPT partition style.

Windows cannot be installed to this hard disk space.The partition was reserved by the computer's Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM).




This error solution is also works for windows 7,windows 8,windows 8.1,windows 10 also.



This type of errors are occurring during the booting the os using Cd drive or USB/Pendrive.




This solution is also common for following laptops like that lenovo,asus,samsung,hp,dell,micromax,acer,microsoft,msi also.





Solution:

1.Press shift + F10 or press shift + Fn + F10 for command prompt.

2.Now enter the following commands simultaneously.

3.diskpart

4.listdisk

5.select disk 0

6.clean

7.Then close your command prompt window and again goto your windows installation.

8.Now try to install that same os the problem is solved.
