Solution for screen recorder if it can't record "admin rights granting" screen
(i.e when you record apps that open as admin) such as Bandicam screen recorder, Movavi Screen Capture Studio, Corel screen capture, SmartPixel, OCam, ScreenCam, Camtasia, CamStudio, Fraps, Free Cam, DVDVideoSoft’s Free Screen Video Recorder, ShareX, Ezvid, TinyTake, iSpring Suite, Filmora Scrn, Movavi Screen Recorder, My Screen Recorder Pro, FlashBack, ... etc.
This problem can occurs if you try to record screen of your laptop especially in system apps or tools that required admin Rights or admin privileges in windows 10 such, for example, when you try to record Run Commander, Command Prompt (Admin), Control Panel, System and Security, User Account Control and any Programs or features that prompt Administrator access or grant; Although, other screens or even desktop can be recorded in background without appearance of overlay screen of new opened app or service that required Admin rights grant.
This solution is done by changing setting of user account control from User Account/User Account/Change User Account Control Settings, and decrease notification level of windows to Don't dim the desktop level.
