Solution 1. Disable Windows Update Service (services.msc) and then find windows update service select disabled you are good to go

and if you want to resume go to same and select manual or automatic

Solution 2. Change the Setting of the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc )
Go to "Computer Configuration" - "Administrative Templates" - "Windows Components" - "Windows Update".
Select "Disabled" in Configured Automatic Updates to disable the Windows automatic update feature. and then restart your pc

for enabling it please select not configure and restart your system

Windows automatic update is the feature of Microsoft in which company secures your pc by updating security patch and dealing with virus and malware in your system in this video i have showed you to disable it and then re enable it for security reason .
