This error occurs when you are trying to copy a file with size larger than 4 gigabytes to a USB flash drive has fat32 file system even if the available free space is larger.
The maximum allowed size for each file in FAT32 system is 4 gigabytes, so to fix this issue, you have to convert the file system of the USB card to NTFS system.
You can convert the file system to NTFS using command prompt or by formatting the USB using the NTFS file system, but the second method will delete all files in the USB pen drive permanently.

To convert the USB flash drive to NTFS without losing data, do the followings:
Type CMD into search box
Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
Type the following command and press Enter:
CONVERT I: /FS:NTFS
(Replace I: with the letter of USB drive in your computer)
If the conversion failed with this error message, cannot create the elementary file system structures, you have to search and fix disk error using CHKDSK tool or disable Microsoft antivirus or similar app temporarily.
To fix disk error execute the following command:
CHKDSK I: /F /R /X /B
(Replace I: with the letter of USB drive in your computer)
If the file system has not changed, try to disable antivirus app.
Click on Virus and threat protection.
Scroll down to the lower section and click on Manage Settings.
Disable real-time protection.
Now back to the command prompt.
Type the shown command again and hit Enter:
CONVERT I: /FS:NTFS
As you can see, the File system changed to NTFS successfully.
Let’s try to copy a larger file again.
As you can see, the file is now copying to the USB flash card without issue.
Second method: By formatting the USB in an NTFS file system.
Also you can convert the USB File system into NTFS by formatting the USB drive, but as stated previously, all files and data on the USB will be deleted permanently.
If there are no important files inside the USB, you can format the USB pen drive as followings:
Right-click on the USB drive and select, Format option.
Change the file system into NTFS
Make sure the Quick format option is checked
