This PC can’t Run Windows 11 | Bypass TPM 2.0 & Secure Boot and Install Windows 11 in any Comput
On this video, I will show you how to bypass TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot checks in order to install windows 11 in unsupported computers.
If your PC doesn’t meet the minimum system requirements to install this version of windows 11, you will get an error message saying that “This PC can’t Run Windows 11”. So this video will help you to fix this error easily.

First part: Bypassing requirements check while installing windows 11 from ISO file:
If you are trying to upgrade to windows 11, you can bypass UEFI and or TPM, by editing the appraiserres file as followings:
Extract the ISO file of windows 11 using WinRAR app
Open the extracted folder and then open Sources folder
Right click on appraiserres.dll file and then select Edit with Notepad + or any text editor tool.
You can download Notepad + and WinRAR tools from links in video description
Press Ctrl + F keys from keyboard to open search dialogue or click on search tab then select Find option
Type TPM into search box
Click on Find Next icon or press Enter from keyboard
Select the entire line that contains TPM string and press Delete key from keyboard
Repeat previous 2 steps to delete any line containing TPM
To bypass UEFI and Secure Boot limit, replace the TPM on Search box by UEFI and press Enter
Delete any line containing UEFI Secure Boot string
Also you can download the appraiserres.dll from links in description to replace the file in the Sources folder in the extracted folder of windows 11.
Once you complete deleting all lines, Click on Save icon to save your changes.
Return to main directory of the extracted folder and Double-click the Setup file to start installation process
Second part: Bypassing requirements check while installing windows 11 from bootable USB:
Download Win32ui.zip file from links in video description and extract it to download folder.
Send or copy the DLL file to main directory of the USB pendrive.
Boot from the USB and select the suitable English keyboard and then click next.
If your computer is not supported by Windows 11, you will get an error message like this. In this case, you have to replace Win32ui.dll file in the X partition as followings:
Press shift+F12 keys from keyboard to open CMD
Type DISKPART and press Enter
TYPE LIST VOL and press enter to show the list of volumes
Determine the letter of the USB pendrive
In my case, the D is the USB drive
Type EXIT and press Enter to close DISKPART
Execute this command to rename Win32ui.dll file:
REN X:\SOURCES\WIN32UI.DLL WIN32UI.DLL.OLD
Copy the Win32ui.dll from USB to Sources folder in the X partition using this command:
XCOPY D:\WIN32UI.DLL X:\SOURCES\
As you can see, the file copied successfully.
Close Command prompt and error window
Click Install Now again to start windows installation
As you can see, windows 11 installation proceeded after replacing that file.
