In this guide, I will show you how to get the best OBS recording settings for low-end PC's without GPU's! This guide should allow you record at 720p60 with a 3500 bitrate or maybe even 1080p60 you'll see a noticeable difference! Hope the guide helped you out mate!

bframes=2 b-adapt=0 partitions=none scenecut=0 no-weightb weightp=0 sliced-threads

once you copied the top one copy this now just make a space before threads.

for example : bframes=2 b-adapt=0 partitions=none scenecut=0 no-weightb weightp=0 sliced-threads aq-mode=0 subme=0 no-deblock sync-lookahead=3

Zero Latency Performance: aq-mode=0 subme=0 no-deblock sync-lookahead=3

Zero Latency Quality: force-cfr aq-mode=0 subme=0 no-deblock

Make sure to set the CPU Usage Preset to Superfast to take advantage of these changes!
