How to stop you are all caught up in instagram :
1.One of my subscriber ask to me,why does it keep saying this annoying message and what is the meaning of this issue?.
2.So my answer is this is not a error message.
3.Which means that,this is occurs by based on insta following list.
4.Here i get this message due to following count as 0.
5.So anyway very simple method to fix this error is,just goto your profile section.
6.And then press that horizontal three lines icon and goto Settings - Account - Browser settings.
7.And click to clear your browsing data.
8.So after you done this processes and then try to follow your friends or instagram page.
9.So i hope if you follow this simple steps,finally this message is gone or this problem is solved in permanently.
10.But there is no specific option is not available to turn on or turn off this see new activity notification.
